Visiting the website

When you visit the website, our hosting provider in Switzerland stores technically necessary data such as your IP address, the time and the page accessed in server logs. This data is used for secure operation and is not combined with other data.

We do not use any analytics or advertising services and do not set cookies for visitors. The fonts are stored directly on our server; no data is transferred to Google or other third parties.

Contact form and email

If you write to us using the form or by email, we use your name, email address and message solely to answer your enquiry. We do not pass this data on.

Donations

For donations by TWINT, PayPal or bank transfer, the privacy policy of the respective provider also applies. We receive the details needed to record your donation and issue a donation receipt, and keep them in accordance with statutory retention obligations.

Your rights

You can request information about the data we hold about you at any time and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Simply write to us at info@calcuttarescue.ch.
