Project KMWSC04: Hope for the Sundarbans

The Sundarbans – the largest mangrove forest in the world – are a natural wonder. But climate change threatens both its unique nature and the 4.5 million people who live there.

  • Cyclones and floods destroy villages, and the mangroves are disappearing.
  • Families lose their livelihoods, and migration and human trafficking increase.

The climate and biodiversity project supports the people of the Sundarbans with sustainable sources of income, reforestation and adaptation to climate change.

Together we can protect nature and give hope.
